Les Rendez-vous Bien-être du Studio de Mel
Treat yourself to a one-hour session combining Pilates and stretching, overlooking the Saône in a pleasant setting.
The session alternates between standing work to improve balance and strengthen the lower body, then floor work to gently strengthen the abdominal muscles, before finishing with stretching and a moment of relaxation to loosen up the whole body.
Accessible to all levels, this session is ideal for taking care of yourself during the holidays. Suitable for children aged 6 and over, subject to good behaviour.
Led by Mélissa Grosjean, Pilates instructor and state-certified coach.
Don't forget: your mat, and something to protect you from the sun and heat. Mats available on loan on request.
