This summer, 4 producers will be welcoming you to their farms for a guided tour and tasting session to discover their passion.

Every year, 80,000 Gros Gris snails (Helix Aspersa Maxima) are reared in the open air in a sustainable way (no GMOs, no pesticides, no antibiotics). This certainly makes our farm the smallest professional farm in France.
We are committed to respecting animals, the environment and consumers.
Our residents are born, bred and raised on our farm. They are then cooked by Polo (the breeder) in a professional laboratory in Saône et Loire.
Our products are packaged in glass jars or frozen.
