Miellerie Le champ du Bois

Vincent Raulin, artisan beekeeper in South Burgundy, produces and harvests high quality honey with a high added value. He lives in Poisson, in the Charolais-Brionnais, a land of livestock and hedgerows, rich in biodiversity. He works with more than 350 production hives, which he has installed in various apiaries, in meadows, along hedges and forests, near the Loire or in the Morvan massif. His breeding apiary, located at his home, has about one hundred hives. He works with buckfast bees, renowned for their productivity and kindness, which he looks after all year round. He sells his acacia, wild flower, spring flower, dandelion & hawthorn, Morvan and chestnut honeys to Michelin-starred chefs, châteaux, prestigious estates, artisan bakers, delicatessens, caterers, organic shops, wine merchants, cheese makers and, of course, to lovers of good honey...
