Production and sale of organic vinaigratures (food supplements based on cider vinegar and medicinal plants).
Inspired by nature and phytotherapy, I set up in Neuvy-Grandchamp, Burgundy, in 2022 and created a range of food supplements based on organic and local cider vinegar (Millay- 58) and medicinal plants, most of which I picked in the wild, that I call "vinaigratures". Made by macerating medicinal plants in cider vinegar, my production technique preserves all the plants' vitamins and minerals and extracts as many of their active ingredients as possible. As you can see, my vinegar products combine the benefits of cider vinegar (balancing the body's pH, stimulating the digestive system, helping to regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels, antioxidant, etc.) with the properties of medicinal plants. Today my range contains 23 plants, 20 of which are organic. Since 2023, from April to October, I've also been offering afternoons spent discovering wild medicinal plants, with the option of making a herbarium, and ending with a floral snack. It's possible to book outside these times for groups of 6 or more.
