Olivier is renovating an old chestnut grove on the Ferme des Vignes. He is turning the harvest into chestnut cream and chestnut-based vegetable terrines.
He is also setting up a small and large fruit orchard, with the first raspberries due to be produced in autumn 2025, followed by other fruit crops (blueberries, apples, pears, plums, etc.) in the years to come.
