NATURE RESOURCING Need to slow down, to be quiet: I propose various formulas to recharge the batteries and return to the essential!
Nature and mindfulness rejuvenation in Brionnais
Need to slow down and enjoy some silence? Come and recharge your batteries by immersing yourself in nature, so you can get back to basics and listen to what's going on inside you. I offer 3 options, with the following activities:
- Walking, a fundamental exercise that reconnects you with your body and the earth.
- Immerse yourself in the Brionnais countryside, because wide-open spaces are essential to our physical and mental breathing. The scents, sounds and images stimulate us: it's what you might call a green vitamin!
- Connect with the forest: it naturally boosts our immune system
The 3 formulas allow you to recharge your batteries by reconnecting with yourself and taking a break from everyday life. It's about living simply, going for the essentials, and enjoying the pleasure of being present with yourself at all times. It's a time to take care of yourself.
Option 1: Forest connection: duration = 2h30 to 3h (1/2 day)
Procedure: drive to the forest (approx. 5 km). We connect with ourselves and the forest through a slow walk, partly in silence, with various playful exercises linked to our senses, which we will stimulate. The idea is to live intensely in the present moment, listening to how we feel.
No physical feats. On the way back, there's time for a friendly chat about the experience.
Option 2: Resourcing day: 9.15am to 5pm
Course :
9.15am: a warm welcome, followed by a mindfulness walk alternating between silence and discussion, as you wish, lasting approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. (Adaptable according to your possibilities)
11.30am: discovery of Gi Gong stick or other practice
12.15pm: meal prepared for you using local produce (garden or local)
2.15pm: visit to the village of Semur en Brionnais, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in
France! It's a magnificent site, inspiring serenity and calm with its castle, collegiate church and priory.
Collegiate Church and Priory. We'll continue with a walk along the parapet walk.
Back at around 5pm: a snack will be waiting for you at the house before you leave.
Option 3: Two-day stay
This package combines options 1 and 2, with the addition of the presentation and practice of other well-being activities over 2 half-days.
