Le New Saint-Georges Café'in
Atypical establishment where everything is homemade.
In 2005 I decided to give up my career as an engineer to create the New Saint Georges Café'in (café-restaurant).
My industrial past left me with the rigour and satisfaction of a job well done, but also the frustration of not having been able to develop my creative side and my generosity. My change of life has enabled me to do just that.
I could pass over the fact that I don't have any specific qualifications in catering... No!
On the contrary, I'm proud of it! I'm free of it! I'm free!
Anyone who only shops and dresses in chains or franchises and wants to eat the same cakes or dishes in Lille, Nantes, Perpignan or even Düsseldorf should move on! I cook for you as my grandmother used to cook for us, without standards, without scales, but with love and taking the time to make sure it's just right!
