Trouillet

Ideally situated at the foot of the famous Roche de Solutré, in the hamlet of Pouilly, Domaine Trouillet - currently run by William and his wife Caroline (4th generation) - covers around 20 hectares of organically-farmed land. The estate has grown steadily over the generations, and now produces several recognised appellations: Pouilly Fuisse, Saint Véran, Pouilly Vinzelles, Pouilly Loché and Mâcon Solutré.
