The grapes are hand-picked and the wine is made using slow, natural methods, ensuring that the estate’s AOC Viré-Clessé wines (Tradition, Quintaine, Sur Le Chêne, La Barre "Vendange Levroutée", etc.) express all the characteristics of this unique terroir.
