Les Jardins d'Hélix
Visit of the farm by appointment from June to mid-September.
Since 2015, Les Jardins d'Hélix has been based in a small village in southern Burgundy, in the heart of the Charolais Brionnais region, a land of horned beasts!
Every year, 80,000 thousand snails, Gros Gris (Helix Aspersa Maxima), are reared in the open air in a sustainable way (no GMOs, no pesticides, no antibiotics). This certainly makes our farm the smallest professional farm in France.
We are committed to respecting animals, the environment and consumers.
Our residents are born, bred and raised, cooked and processed on our farm.
Our products are packaged in verrines or frozen.
