La Bergerie de Santagny

Welcome to the Bergerie de Santagny, where we rear 60 Lacaune dairy ewes to offer you dairy products made from whole raw milk.

In our sheepfold, created in July 2020, we rear our animals on 54 hectares, including 43 hectares of grassland. To ensure their well-being, we produce the feed and cereals they need ourselves. We then process their milk - 12,000 litres a year - to offer you plain yoghurts, faisselle, tomme and other ewe's milk cheeses: fresh, semi-matured and dry, spreadable, brousse, etc.

We also sell lamb and offer horse and beef boarding. We are currently in the process of converting to organic farming. Guided tours by prior arrangement, or self-guided tours.
