- Explanation of the pyramid system of appellations in Burgundy and the concept of Climat (history of wine-growing Burgundy);
- Landscape reading (characteristic panorama of the Haut-Mâconnais and its vineyards);
- Guided tour of the winery (explanation of the winemaking process);
- Tasting of different wines from the estate and other winemakers. Through various vintages in order to apply the tasting methodology.
On offer: documentation on tasting and Burgundy wines, for easy recall of the concepts learned.
