Le Moulin d'Hauterive
The Moulin d'Hauterive, a former oil mill built by the monks of the Cîteaux Abbey, was transformed into a charming hotel-restaurant in 1977.
Taken over and completely renovated (inside and out) by the Laligant family over a period of 3 years, Le Moulin d'Hauterive will be opening the doors of its 3-star hotel and traditional Burgundy restaurant in Saint-Gervais-en-Vallière in May 2021.

In a refined and warm atmosphere, the Laligants will share their love of this unique place and their wonderful family history, started by Noël, the father, his wife Isabelle and their two children Maëva and Quentin.
