Every Wednesday from April to October, round off your visit to the Saint-Christophe livestock market with a Charolais meat tasting session.
In an educational area, professionals (butchers, restaurateurs, breeders) will introduce you to this renowned meat. They will share their knowledge and experience with you. They'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Off-season tastings are available on request for groups only.
