Established in Château since 1994, we transform the milk from our small herd of Poitevin goats into farmhouse cheeses.
Breeders of Charolais cows and ewes since 1994, we (Claude NUGUES and Nathalie GAMOT) settled in Château near Cluny with a small herd of Poitevine goats and the creation of a cheese factory. This wooded region allows our goats to graze most of the year and to consume the fodder produced here. This rustic goat, which almost became extinct, gives a particularly cheesy milk that we transform in the traditional way. We are members of the "Chèvres de race Poitevine Fermier ADDCP*" brand whose specifications are based on the principles of sustainable agriculture.
