De Villaine

This estate is run according to Bourgogne traditions, and we are committed to offering you the very best expression of the terroir we cultivate. Our vines were certified organic in 1983 and we work them according to biodynamic principles. They are located on the hillsides, on thin soils conducive to strict yield control. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified naturally in wooden barrels without the addition of any external elements, for 10-18 months.
