Au Paradis
A dead man arrives in paradise and has to explain how, as an uptight, traditionalist ex-deacon and examining magistrate, one day he met the metal, anarchist and hacker daughter of a couple of murderers he was investigating.
How he then discovered mad love, alcohol, the braying of his aorta, the ravages of his progeria, a tax haven in the belly of a caiman, bipedal predators, computer hacking, a sewer liberation army, and how all this plunged him into a murderous maelstrom in a sensual rafting that flouted all his points of reference.
He tells all this to God, with the idea that he must convince him that, to improve the morality of the human race, an assassin can, in some cases, be more effective than a judge.
