The Moulin de la Petite Verrière is a family-run restaurant. We invite you to come and sample our fresh trout, raised on our fish farm. Our menu includes products processed on site, such as smoked trout, trout terrine, etc. You can also enjoy local produce from local producers in the Parc du Morvan.
All recipes are prepared and cooked using products from our Moulin de la Petite Verrière fish farm. These products are labelled Parc du Morvan, Nature et Talents and are part of the Morvan Terroir association.
