Lassarat Roger

Domaine Roger LASSARAT, Producer of Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé over the "communes" of Vergisson, Solutré, Davayé and Prissé in Southern Burgundy. The first class exposures and "terroir" allow for the creation of extremely high quality wines. All of the vineyards are planted with Chardonnay grapes. No chemical treatments are used, organic techniques are preferred ; hand-picked grapes, aging in barrels with regular "bâtonnage", sale of bottled wine only. Within two of the appellations the grapes harvested from specific "terroirs" are vinifed and aged seperately to create Pouilly-Fuissé le Clos de France and the Saint-Véran "Les Mûres" and "les Cras".
