Come and walk along the Côte Chalonnaise and discover the beauty of the landscape along the way. Nordic walking can be learnt and perfected on a non-competitive basis. In hot weather, the Nordic walking course or walk takes place in the morning and in the forest.
Nordic walking works more than 80% of the body's muscles, so why deprive yourself! Children as tall as 1.17m are welcome to join you.
NEW: introductory or advanced Nordic walking lessons with loan of poles (4 pairs of poles are available and must be booked in advance).
This will appeal to people who want to walk while discovering the countryside or learn or review the basic movements of Nordic walking. We practise this sport in a spirit of relaxation and not competition. Everyone's pace is respected.
