Le Moulin des Saveurs
Old mill of the XIIth century on the bucolic banks of the Dheune in the middle of the countryside, a stone's throw from the famous hospices of Beaune and its vineyards.
Taken over and completely renovated (inside and out) by the Laligant family in July 2018, Le Moulin d'Hauterive will be opening the doors of its 3-star hotel and semi-gastronomic restaurant in Saint-Gervais-en-Vallière in May 2021.
