Visite "Matière et Savoir-Faire : Le Bois"

For this new series of visits on the theme of "Materials and Know-How", we'll be looking at wood. This noble and natural material has always been shaped by man to create first utilitarian objects, then increasingly elaborate furniture. Together, we'll discover the tools used by the builders of the basilica in the Middle Ages, and the history of the carved furnishings that adorn its interior.
