Visite guidée - L'Abbaye de Cluny
Your guide will be waiting for you at the Tourist Office for a 2-hour tour of Cluny Abbey.
Discovering Cluny Abbey means sharing a thousand years of history and fourteen hectares of surface area. During your visit, you'll marvel at the view from the main gates. Then, like pilgrims, you'll return through this gate to the Musée d'Art et d'Archéologie de Cluny and explore its lapidary collection. As you leave the museum, the remains of the Maïor Ecclesia and its eternal bell tower of Eau Bénite unfold before you. Then enter the abbey enclosure to explore its cloister, the bell tower of Eau Bénite, the chapel of Jean de Bourbon and the fariner.
You'll be amazed by the sheer size of Cluny in the Middle Ages.
