The Amicale de Cormatin is organising a West Indian evening on 16 May 2026, starting at 7pm, at the Salle Saint Roch.
Menu :
Aperitif: a glass of punch, with or without alcohol
Starter: Gourmet platter: salad - cod acras - avocado salad - exotic vinaigrette
Main course: Chicken Colombo, fragrant basmati rice - local vegetables
Or Vegetarian plate (on request).
