From PURCELL to RAMEAU, from the enchantments of HAENDEL to the celestial harmonies of GLUCK, each page summons natural forces and human emotions. Alongside the Symphonies d'automne choir, the Sinfonia Lumina ensemble alternates between fury, grace and brilliance. Contemporary works by John WILLIAMS and Marián BUDOS extend this dialogue between breath, movement and imagination. A vibrant journey to the heart of the spirit of the wind.
A Franco-Australian guitarist with an international career, Ingrid RIOLLOT stands out for the finesse and poetic intensity of her playing. Invited to play on all five continents, she enjoys a distinguished career as a soloist and chamber musician, as well as teaching and lecturing at numerous universities. Her rich and varied discography bears witness to a constantly renewed artistic curiosity.
Alongside Ingrid RIOLLOT, Sinfonia Lumina, conducted by David HURPEAU, asserts a luminous identity where baroque, opera and contemporary creation meet in an inventive approach to the concert. The Chœur Opéra des Symphonies d'automne et du Conservatoire Edgar Varèse, directed by Nicolas PARISOT, brings together experienced singers and advanced students, and takes part in the major operatic productions of the Symphonies d'automne festival in Mâcon.
