Ecoprint et Tataki-zomé - impressions de plantes sur tissu
Cycle of 5 lessons of 3h : Spring leaves
Ecoprint and Tataki-zomé - plant prints on fabric
A 3-hour class every fortnight for 5 sessions in the spring, using ECOPRINT and TATAKI-ZOME techniques to learn how to create leaf textures and patterns on fabric using tannin plants and dye flowers, harvested from the garden and the surrounding area.
A fun way to make the most of fresh spring leaves. There'll be plenty of room for experimentation and creative expression with these two techniques, and lots of surprises every time we unwrap the little rolls of ecoprint! We'll be working on cotton and silk.
You'll be able to use these creative techniques at home!
