Balade contée - Le temps des Mines

On this 1? hour walk, discover the history, daily life and traces of the miners of Épinac, a past that is still very much present in the landscape, with the miners' settlement, the Hottinguer well, La Garenne and the Soeurotte house.

Let us guide you through the narrow streets and mining remains of Épinac and take you back to the time of the mines, a past so near and yet so far in our memories.

Clémentine, a tourist advisor at the Grand Autunois Morvan Tourist Office, will be with you every step of the way.

The Storytelling Walks take place every Wednesday in Épinac and invite young and old alike to discover the history of the miners. The storyteller will take you on a guided tour of the area.

More than just a simple visit, the Storytelling Walks are a time for exchanging, sharing and passing on information.

Practical information:

- Departure from the old station car park (minimum 2 participants).

- Booking essential, at least 2 hours before departure.

- Bring walking shoes, cap, water, etc.

- The walk is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
