Botanical realism on fabric!
Public: Adults (aged 16 and over)
Duration: 3 hours
Come and create natural patterns using leaves and petals from the garden on cotton fabric.
You'll discover the most direct botanical printing technique: the Hapazome or Tataki-zomé (plant-striking technique). You'll discover how to create patterns and textures on fabric using tannin plants. The results can be strikingly precise.
You'll leave with your own creative fabrics!
