Apprendre à fabriquer une éolienne

Come and help build a Piggott wind turbine! We're offering a course to build this model of wind turbine designed by Hugh Piggott and distributed by the Tripalium network, among others. The format we're offering for this course is the 4m20 diameter wind turbine.

The idea is to discover or learn more about how to build a small wind turbine. We'll mainly be doing practical work, punctuated by a few theoretical points. This week will be an opportunity to learn about working with metal (cutting and welding) and wood (sculpting the blades), as well as working with resin and a little electricity. These are skills and know-how that can be reused to build a wind turbine, but also for other manufacturing projects.
