The European Nightjar, with its characteristic song and silent flight, is a master of the night. Invisible during the day, it comes to life at dusk to hunt insects and defend its territory. This evening will be an opportunity to listen to its songs, observe its behaviour and understand its ecological role in this unique ecosystem.

Callune moors and dry grasslands are rare and fragile environments that are home to a specific biodiversity. The European nightjar finds an ideal habitat for nesting and feeding. However, this species is suffering from the disappearance of these habitats, the depletion of its food resources and human disturbance.
