La Route Lamartine

Route dedicated to Alphonse de Lamartine, poet, writer and politician. Highlights of this sixty-kilometer route from Mâcon (Lamartine's birthplace) through the Val Lamartinien include the Espace Lamartine at the Musée des Ursulines in Mâcon, the Château de Saint-Point, the Château de Berzé-le-Châtel, the Maison de Lamartine in Milly-Lamartine, the Château de Cormatin, the Château de Monceau with the Pavillon des Girondins and the church in Bussières.
