Our pizza dough is made by hand using olive oil. The pizzas and tomato sauce are made by hand. On the premises or to take away.
At La Dolce Vita we place great emphasis on craftsmanship. We don't use a kneading machine or a laminator. We work with fresh mozzarella. The pizzas are baked directly on the stone at 350°.
