We work with as much local and seasonal produce as possible.

From Tuesday to Friday lunchtime only, we offer a buffet of starters and desserts, a dish of the day (prices depend on the formula), a comté cheese burger and a salmon steak.

At weekends, Saturday lunchtime and evening and Sunday lunchtime, we offer: homemade French foie gras, homemade smoked salmon, Burgundy snails en cocotte lutée. Bresse chicken Gaston Gérard style, fillet of Charolais beef, skewer of scallops, salmon steak. Platter of regional cheeses. Home-made dessert.
