GAEC Pardon

The GAEC Pardon raises 150 goats, 50 dairy cows and 70 Charolais cows. It produces farmhouse goat and cow cheeses as well as Charolais meat. Possibility, on reservation, of a commented visit on the manufacture of cheese followed by a tasting.
