Processing of cow's and goat's milk products Open Wednesdays 3-6pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm
A family farm established in Bresse Bourguignonne since 1995.
We rear 50 goats of the Alpine and Saanen breeds, as well as 60 dairy cows of the Montbéliard and Prim'Holstein breeds.
We process a wide range of products using our own hands and traditional methods. For the past ten years or so, we have been practising sensible, soil-conserving farming to preserve the soil's biodiversity.
