All D'Issy aux papilles products are handmade using organic ingredients or ingredients picked by us. The plants, fruit and vegetables come directly from our garden, which is inspired by the concepts of permaculture and wild harvesting. We also sometimes work with small local organic market gardeners to expand and complete the range!
