Chofflet

Situated in Russilly, hamlet of Givry, in the Côte Chalonnaise, where meadows and vines rub shoulders in a gentle relief, the Chofflet estate extends over 14 hectares. It focuses on the same appellation: Givry. The vinification process remains classic while modernising with new equipment, in order to better control the quality of the product.
