Apibab'z is a traditional beekeeping business specialising in the production of pressed honey and honey-based treats, with respect for bees, nature and the rhythm of the seasons. As a passionate beekeeper, I harvest and process the products from my hives myself, paying particular attention to quality and authenticity.
The honey is extracted mainly by pressing, a gentler traditional method that is not widely used today, and which preserves all the aromatic richness, texture and natural qualities of the honey.
Throughout the year, I offer a range of simple, sincere products: pressed honey, flower and seasonal honeys, honey sweets, gourmet preparations, honey spreads, gingerbread and home-made creations. Each product is made with care, from selected raw materials, with a focus on proximity, transparency and respect for the living world.
Through Apibab'z, I want to share my passion for bees and my attachment to the region, by offering products that are tasty, natural and meaningful.
