To better understand the complexity of the wine we taste, there's nothing like going back to its origins. We'll take you on a tour of the vineyards to learn about some of Burgundy's most diverse soils and terroirs. We'll then visit the winery, housed in a completely renovated 12th-century Romanesque church, where we'll take the time to taste 6 wines, including 3 Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru. These wines have always been vinified separately by Maison Auvigue, which has been able to identify the exceptional richness of these parcels.
