The surrounding area:

This spot is part of the "circuit des étangs" (11km green walk). It passes through woods and hedged farmland via the Etang des Tremblay. On this relatively isolated trail, you can observe wildlife in its natural environment (including roe deer, wild boar, foxes, hares, badgers, etc.). The trail also passes through Sennecey-le-Grand, the administrative centre of the canton, which boasts a number of remarkable buildings.

12th-century Romanesque church, 16th-century château, numerous wash-houses, chapels and fountains.
