The "Essentials" workshop is ideal for discovering the 3 major sensory stages of wine tasting: colour, nose and taste, illustrated by two white wines and one red wine from our estate. It's a great introduction to the appellations of the Mâconnais, and will give you a better understanding of one of the 5 sub-regions of the Burgundy wine region.
