Exposition : Le monde paysan de Gilbert Mulot de 1950 à 2010, un vie d'agriculteur au 1/32ème

An exhibition created from scratch by an enthusiast, showcased in his basement. With 4 farms faithfully miniaturised at 1/32 scale.

With four farms faithfully miniaturised to 1/32 scale, over three hundred characters and animals in carved wood, and farming equipment from different eras reproduced in iron, all staged with great realism and love. In an 80m² space, you'll discover the evolution of agriculture from 1950 to 2000.

L'intelligence de la main pays homage to our ancestors, and his family in particular, who were at the root of an extraordinary transformation in agriculture that he was responsible for: a return to our roots and guaranteed emotions for adults, discoveries and history lessons for teenagers and moments of wonder for the little ones.

It's said that a farmer's hand doesn't like to be idle: his own hands will have enabled him, once retired, to miniaturise the amazing evolution of rural life at the end of the 20th century. Characters, animals and equipment are portrayed on farms with realism and respect: above all, it's a tribute to our forebears.
