Come and spend a night or a "cocooning sophrology" stay of 4 days, 3 nights to learn about sophrology with Mélisa, RNCP sophrologist.
After 35 years in the restaurant business, including 18 years in Gilly sur Loire, Mélisa and Rodolphe have transformed their restaurant. Two gîtes have been created: "La Douceur de Vivre" for 2 people and "Un Doux Moment" for 4 people.
"Un Doux Moment" invites you to relax, let go and unwind. The gîte is 14 km from the Le Pal theme park, 10 km from the Bourbon-Lancy spa, where you can enjoy the Celtô wellness centre and spa, and finish off with a visit to charming old Bourbon. The gîte is 100 metres from the greenway and Euro Vélo 6. Breakfast is included.
