Our gîtes are dedicated to quiet, rejuvenating breaks, particularly suited to spa treatments, wellness holidays and slow tourism.
Groups can be booked in advance (maximum 12 people).

THE GÎTE - DESCRIPTION
Please note: a few steps are required to access the property.
Gîte Ouest is a newly renovated, furnished, 30 m², one-bedroom apartment with a private, south-west-facing garden of around 50 m². Very bright, it is bathed in the evening colours of the sunsets. Enjoy a good meal, accompanied by grilled meats with aromatic herbs from the garden.

The property is fenced and secure, offering a calm and serene setting in the heart of the spa district of Bourbon-Lancy.

From the garden, the entrance leads directly into the living room and fitted kitchen.
Access to the bedroom from the lounge. Access to S.D. B from the bedroom.

Our accommodation enables you to make the most of several regions and worlds: Auvergne with the Allier, the Nièvre, the Morvan and even the Côte d'Or.
Closer to home, discover the banks of the Loire, its beaches and some great cycling along the small paths of the bocage.
For the more sporty, there's a road cycling club in Bourbon-Lancy.
Want to try your hand at breaststroke or pétanque? The municipal swimming pool is a 10-minute walk away. The pétanque court, 5 minutes away, will delight bowlers, in the shade of the park of the Hôpital d'Aligre.
Fans of theatre or concerts? The Espace culturel Saint-Léger is within walking distance, as are the open-air concerts at the kiosk.
Hikers and walkers: there are plenty of walks directly from the gîte: around the lake, in the Germigny forest or towards the Bois du Four.
The Bourbon-Lancy golf course, on the edge of town, is a 5-minute drive away.
Nearby, the Petit Robinson guinguette, a local favourite, invites you to take a friendly break.
The region also offers a rich historical and culinary heritage: the Morvan, with its nature and Celtic heritage (Bibracte), Paray-le-Monial, Cluny, Nevers and Moulins, as well as the vineyards of Beaujolais, Maranges and Côte de Beaune.
There's no shortage of activities to suit all ages.

Respectful of the environment, Source Poétique is a group of self-catering cottages located in the heart of the spa district of Bourbon-Lancy, in Saône-et-Loire. Designed to meet the needs of spa breaks, short- to medium-term stays and wellness holidays.
They have been renovated using wood wool, upcycled materials and furniture that has been sourced wherever possible. There are no pesticides and no clear-cutting. We're continuing to make constant improvements to reduce energy consumption and create a living garden, inviting birds and insects to recharge their batteries too!
