Michelle and Patrice welcome you to the Puits Darcy guest house in Montceau-les-Mines.
Situated between town and country, close to the Route Centre Europe Atlantique and Montceau-les-Mines hospital. A 5-minute cycle ride from the cycle route along the Canal du Centre, the house also offers the possibility of storing bicycles. At the centre of a tourist attraction zone, you'll be less than 40 minutes from the major sights of southern Burgundy, including Beaune, Autun, Mâcon, Chalon-sur-Saône, Tournus, Le Creusot, Cluny, Paray-le-Monial, Digoin and Bourbon-Lancy. You can discover three vineyards (Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, Mâconnais).
We have two guest rooms with 140x190 cm beds and a small desk, a private shower room and WC. The two rooms are in two different buildings.
The garden and swimming pool are ideal for relaxing. A closed parking space on the property means you don't have to unload your car if you're on a stopover on the way to your holiday destination. Wifi free of charge.
You will have access to the terrace and garden in fine weather. Numerous restaurants are available within 5 or 10 minutes of the house.
Contribution to the environment: we use firewood for the ornamental fireplace. We use low-energy light bulbs. The products used for breakfast come from organic or sustainable farming. Finally, we have an on-site organic waste reprocessing programme, paper and cardboard reprocessing, and a rainwater recovery system for watering the plantations.
