Les Volets Rouges
In an authentic and friendly setting, the property adjoins a farm renowned for its Charolais cows.
Situated in a quiet, rural, family hamlet between Montceaux-l'Étoile and Anzy-le-Duc, "Les volets rouges La Chassagne" overlooks the splendid Arconce valley.
Set in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, famous for its Romanesque churches and rolling farmland where the famous Charolais cows graze, there are plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area, as well as a host of sporting activities.
A native of the region for 5 generations, Olivia, an antique dealer, has furnished the house as if it were her own. Carefully restored in 2015, it enjoys a privileged location, bordered by the Loire upstream and the Arconce downstream. The view over the valley and its hedged farmland is quite simply exceptional. In an authentic, friendly setting, the property adjoins a farm renowned for its Charolais cows. It opens onto a flower-filled courtyard where shrubs, flowerbeds and strawberry bushes grow side by side.
You can enjoy garden furniture for lunch and dinner, an outdoor lounge under a pergola to share a drink, and a faré to lie back and relax in the shade.
