This 18th-century house, completely renovated in 2022, combines rustic charm with modern comforts. With its exposed beams, original stonework and meticulous decoration. The gite is fully equipped (broadband fibre, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, etc.).
Access your private space and enjoy the wooded park and its private barn equipped for your evenings, admire the magnificent sunsets while dining in the garden!
The property (gite "Les Jeunes Filles", gite "Le Vigneron" and gite "la coquinière"), 22 km from Beaune, is very close to the "Route des Grands Vins" which winds its way through the most famous vineyards. It's a very tranquil spot, surrounded by vineyards and meadows. You can walk or cycle to your heart's content thanks to the many footpaths and small roads.
The gîte is 200 metres from the Voie Verte (a network of 110 kilometres of small roads reserved for cyclists) and three kilometres from the Route des Vins.
