Le Ptit Pré RiYoux

Bourgvilain in South Burgundy. Our gite, completely independent, is an old barn renovated about ten years ago. It is ideal for family stays and can accommodate 8 people (with the possibility of 2 more in the mezzanine). It consists of a living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living room with an efficient wood burning stove which provides a very pleasant warmth in the cooler months, a TV lounge and office area, 3 bedrooms, one of which has a shower room and private toilet, 1 bathroom on the first floor with toilet, a private terrace with barbecue, green areas, outdoor games, private parking. If there is a baby, we have a bed, pushchair and high chair. We are in the middle of meadows and woods but above all at the foot of hiking trails such as the GR of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, 20 minutes from the Roche Solutré among others. Restaurants (Michelin guide) and activities are within easy reach, notably the lake of Saint Point for swimming, pedal boats and fishing. Cluny, known for its abbey and national stud farm is less than 10 minutes away. We are surrounded by beautiful villages and their Romanesque churches. Pets are accepted.
