As you enter the flat, you'll discover a bright, sensual living room with a central double bed and bedside table.
A high table for two with stools is ideal for working or sharing a meal, with a WALL-MOUNTED TV placed just above for your moments of relaxation.
A wardrobe rack gives you plenty of space to store your belongings.
LED lights along the skirting boards and LED candles invite you to sensual evenings.
The studio also has an unusual room, with a fully-equipped kitchen area, a large shower cubicle, a washbasin area with mirrored cabinet, a heated towel rail and a separate WC.
Please note that there is no sink in the kitchen, as washing-up will be done in the sink in the utility room (see below).
Enjoy a private outdoor area, laid to lawn with a small garden furniture set, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or breakfast, not overlooked thanks to a view-breaker, while soaking up the sun.
A JACUZZI is available in the stone annex, also not overlooked, for even more privacy and a unique relaxation experience (May to October).
