This duplex flat is arranged as follows:
- 1 living room with sofa bed (140x20cm), fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), dining table and pellet stove for winter heating,
- 1 bathroom with zellige tiles and walk-in shower,
- separate wc,
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), dressing room and desk.
The duplex is on the 2nd floor without lift, and the bedroom is on the mezzanine (not suitable for people with reduced mobility).
